The villa sits within a large private estate featuring approximately 5 hectares of Mediterranean scrubland. It boasts a stunning swimming pool overlooking the sea and the surrounding landscape, as well as a well-tended lawn interspersed with uniquely shaped rock formations sculpted by the island’s winds. The pool area includes a pergola furnished with sun loungers, tables, and sofas, plus an outdoor shower. Private access to the sea (rocky areas and beach) is available via a short path (a few minutes’ walk). The villa comprises a main building featuring a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher). There is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a large sliding glass door offering magnificent sea views, along with a furnished terrace and garden. Separate from the main building, there are four additional bedrooms (three doubles and one triple) with four bathrooms; each room has its own independent entrance (they are not interconnected). Wonderful location. The road to the beach is unpaved and not suitable for the elderly or children. The access road to the house is also unpaved and unsuitable for low-clearance cars.
